To be built on the site currently occupied by Bowman Hall and a large parking lot, the College's new athletic center will require the construction of a 200-bed residential hall and approximately 200 parking spaces.

Roanoke College hired us to update their Master Plan by locating these new facilities. To improve campus organization, we located the new buildings so that they completed the Athletic Quad, replaced an unattractive parking lot, and reconnected an existing residential building to the main campus.

We have also been asked to improve a number of other campus spaces including the Entrance and College Avenue, and to create standards for college signs.
