The recent success of the Capital Campaign and the boldness of the 2010 - 2015 Strategic Plan will continue to transform Chatham Hall.  Most importantly, these two initiatives have allowed the school to develop a Campus Master Plan that will create a physical framework for the future growth and improvement of the school.

With growth projected to reach 200 students, Chatham has an ambitious schedule of new projects, including building a new Fitness Center and gym, renovating Lee Library into a Student/Learning Center, improving the entrance, approach and arrival, upgrading the riding facilities and upgrading existing residence halls and adding a new one.
