In association with Allison Architects of Little Rock, we developed the 1998 Master Plan and updated it in 2006. UCA’s most pressing needs have been accommodating their planned growth to 20,000 students, locating over $100 million in new facilities and making a move to NCAA Division 1 athletic status.

Other needs included consolidating projected physical growth with the historic core to create a cohesive campus and the formulating a developmental vision for outlying properties recently added to the campus. The 2006 Update provided solutions to all of these needs and crafted architectural and landscape design standards for use in all new campus development.
