Parking, circulation and signs are the most-studied and least-resolved issues affecting campus design. The solutions, however, need not be difficult. If parking, circulation and signs are subjected to the same values and design standards as the rest of the institution, they can be safe, efficient, and complement the overall quality of the campus.
